This Week in Memphis Tech:
Last week showed Memphis continuing to invest in the skills shaping the future of work.
From AI conversations with Scott Finny and automation strategies with Joe Ferguson to Microsoft’s largest annual community gathering, local professionals came together to explore the tools, platforms, and practices driving modern technology. The common thread wasn't technology alone, it was a community committed to learning, sharing knowledge, and helping each other grow.

BDPA Memphis Code, Create + Conversate event at Aldar Cafe
I chose to feature Code, Create + Conversate because it represents the best of the Memphis tech community's culture: people openly sharing what they're building, giving feedback, and helping one another grow.
I've attended the networkign event almost every month for over a year, and what continues to stand out is the group's curiosity and willingness to explore new technologies together.
If you're early in your tech career, it's one of the best places I've found to connect with experienced professionals, discover new ideas, and feel part of a community of builders and dreamers.
